Ingredients
Each Tablet Contains: Calcium (from Calcium carbonate) 600mg Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 1000IU) 25 micrograms Menaquinone-7 (Vitamin K2) 180 micrograms.
How to Use
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Or as directed by your healthcare professional. Swallow with a glass of water. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
