Description
Jasmine rice, distinguished by its rich, lovely aroma and mild nutty flavour, is a heritage long grain, aromatic rice grown in its original form only in Thailand. The nutrient-rich paddies are traditionally farmed by families, so the rice is lovingly cared for throughout its cultivation. A ‘photoperiod sensitive’ variety, jasmine rice can only be cultivated once a year. Upon harvesting, it is processed in the only organic mill in Thailand, ensuring that no adulteration of non-organic grains is possible.
