Active Ingredients: Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 225 mg, Sodium ascorbate (ascorbic acid, vitamin C 275 mg)309.4 mg (total vitamin C 500 mg) Citrus bioflavonoids extract 10 mg.
Adults should chew and swallow 2 tablets once a day, children should chew and swallow 1 tablet once a day. These tablets are not intended to be swallowed whole.
