Description
Strings Noodles offer a medium thickness that sits between fine and ribbon styles, making them a versatile choice for soups, broths, stir-fries, and ramen. The shape was originally referred to as “spaghetti,” but the name was later updated to better reflect the noodles’ roots in traditional German cooking.
This style has been produced since the 1970s and is still crafted using the original German noodle cutter imported by Margarete Wiech during that decade. Each batch reflects decades of continuity, technique, and family tradition.
