Description
Strings Noodles offer a balanced, medium thickness that sits comfortably between fine and ribbon styles, making them a versatile choice for soups, broths, stir-fries, and ramen. Their shape was originally known as “spaghetti,” but the name was later updated to reflect their heritage as a traditional German-style noodle.
Produced since the 1970s, these noodles continue to be crafted using the same German noodle cutter imported by Margarete Wiech during that decade. Each batch carries forward decades of craftsmanship and family tradition.
