Each ml contains:

Aloe Vera Extract 1.99mg (equiv Aloe Vera leaf juice 398mg)

Arnica Montana Flower Tincture 50mcl (equiv dry flower 2.5mg)

Lavender Oil 50mcg

Melaleuca Oil 1.1mg

Rosemary Oil 30mg

Eucalyptus Oil 35mg

Camphor 15mg

Cajuput Oil 3.33mg

Hypericum Perforatum Flower Tincture 10.2mg (equiv dry herb top FL 1.1mg)

(Jojoba Oil) Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil Fixed 7mg

Also contains Vitamin E.

How to Use

Shake well before use. Most effective when liberally applied, Eg 4-6 pumps of the spray on affected and most importantly surrounding areas (before, during and after everyday needs and sporting activities). Lightly rub in and reapply after 30 seconds. For optimum results, repeat 4-5 times daily. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.

Warnings

External use only, avoid contact with eyes, broken skin and mucous membranes. If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area. If irritation develops, discontinue use.
