Purified Water, Magnesium Chloride, Alcohol, Glycerin, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Polysorbate 20, Benzyl Alcohol, Eucalyptus Oil, Cajuput Oil, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Oil, Mentha Spicata (Spearmint) Herb Oil, Menthol, Lavender Oil

How to Use

Shake well before use.
For everyday body bath muscle soak pour 2 caps full and blend into a warm to hot bath. Soak in bath for at least 20-30 minutes to obtain optimal benefits.
For sports body bath muscle soak pour 3-4 caps full and blend into a hot bath. Soak in bath for at least 20-30 minutes to obtain optimal benefits.
For a foot bath soak pour 1 cap full and blend into a warm to hot foot bath, soak feet for at least 10-15 minutes to obtain optimal benefits.

For external use only. If you have a history of high blood pressure, or are pregnant, please consult your health professional before using. If skin irritation occurs discontinue use. If product gets into your eyes rinse thoroughly with clean lukewarm water. Avoid contact with eyes, open wounds & mucous membranes. If you have sensitive skin test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area. If irritation develops, discontinue use. Application to the skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight.
