Honest to Goodness Apple Cider Vinegar is made through a slow, natural fermentation process and is left completely raw and unfiltered. It includes the “mother,” a fine, web‑like substance that may be visible in the bottle. This naturally occurring component contains nutrients, probiotics, enzymes and beneficial bacteria that contribute to healthy digestion.
The vinegar ranges in colour from pale yellow to light brown, and you may notice a small amount of sediment at the bottom. This is a normal indication that the vinegar has not been pasteurised or heavily processed.
