How to Use
Add three scoops (18 grams) into 10-12 fl oz of water, and mix for 30 seconds until dissolved. Consume 15-30 minutes before physical activity.

Beta-alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling or flushing sensation. Do not consume more than one serving within a 24-hour period. Do not exceed recommended dose.
Do not combine with alcohol. Do not use in combination with medications to lower blood pressure or medications for erectile dysfunction. Consume as part of a healthy diet and exercise program, and drink at least 100 fl oz of water per day. Exercise may increase your need for fluid intake.
