Organic rolled oats along with crunchy sunflower kernels, organic pepitas, spray free almonds, sesame, hemp and linseeds are lightly roasted with fair trade organic coconut blossom nectar and blended with crunchy local Australian macadamia nuts. Hemp seeds are the seeds of the hemp plant or cannabis sativa and are high in essential omega 3 & 6 fatty acids. They are very good for your immune and digestive system but will not get you high.
