Ingredients

Each capsule contains: Thiamine hydrochloride (equiv. Thiamine (vitamin B1) 22.3mg): 25mg. Riboflavin sodium phosphate (equiv. Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 18.3mg): 25mg. Nicotinamide: 25mg Calcium pantothenate (equiv. Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) 22.9mg): 25mg. Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate (equiv. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 15.4mg): 25mg Levomefolate glucosamine (Quatrefolic®)(equiv. Levomefolic acid (5-MTHF) 400mcg): 842mcg. Mecobalamin (co-methylcobalamin) (vitamin B12): 400mcg.

How to Use

Adults and children over 12 years – Take 1 capsule daily, with food, or as directed by your health professional.
