Bilastine
Adults and adolescents 12 years & over: Take one tablet daily, as required to manage your symptoms. Swallow the tablet with a glass of water, on an empty stomach (at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals or fruit juices). before or 2 hours after food or fruit juice (particularly grapefruit juice).
VITAMIN AND MINERAL SUPPLEMENTS SHOULD NOT REPLACE A BALANCED DIET.
