Staged supply is the supply of medication in instalments instead of the full prescribed amount being given at the one time. There are a number of situations where this service can be of value. These include, if you’re unable to manage your medicines in a safe environment (a living situation where there is a possibility of theft or a lack of refrigeration for the medication), drug dependency or if you struggle with a mental illness.
