OUR TEAM
Melanie Smith – Nutritionist
Melanie is a registered Clinical Nutritionist with over 10 years’ experience, supporting clients in improving their health and feeling more confident in their dietary choices.
Understanding the challenges of knowing what and how to eat, Melanie provides personalised guidance to help clients navigate the world of food and supplements, to make sense of nutrition in a way that works for them.
Through practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies and targeted supplementation where appropriate, Melanie helps clients manage health conditions, improve their well-being, and learn sustainable, enjoyable ways to nourish their bodies and feel healthier. With an evidence-based and integrative approach, achieving better health can be possible.
Special interests include supporting the microbiome and gut-brain axis, sleep and nervous system regulation, skin health and healthy ageing, with a proactive, naturopathic approach.
Emmasyn Hunt – Naturopath
Emmasyn is a Bachelor‑qualified Naturopath providing personalised care for individuals and families at every stage of life.
She is a general practice Naturopath who is particularly passionate about digestive health, with experience in microbiome testing, alongside mental health and hormone support. Her journey into naturopathy was shaped by her own experiences navigating these challenges, which sparked a deep interest in understanding the connection between all body systems.
Emmasyn values the use of appropriate functional testing to gain deeper insight into underlying imbalances, allowing for more targeted and effective treatment plans. Her approach is gentle and individualised, working to uncover the root cause of conditions rather than only addressing symptoms.
She uses a range of modalities to support, including liquid herbal extracts, clinical-grade nutritional supplements, alongside diet and lifestyle modifications.
Emmasyn partners with her clients to create realistic and sustainable health strategies, helping them feel informed, supported, and confident in their health journey.
Madison McNaughton – Nutritionist
Madi is a Bachelor‑qualified Community Nutritionist with a background in Food and Nutrition. Her approach focuses on prevention, education, and practical nutrition strategies that support long‑term health and well-being. She works holistically with food and lifestyle to help individuals build healthier, more sustainable relationships with eating.
Madi draws on evidence‑based nutrition, lifestyle education, and health literacy to support improvements in key health markers such as blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar. Rather than a prescriptive or clinical style, she works collaboratively with clients to develop realistic and achievable strategies that fit into everyday life and support healthy ageing and quality of life.
Madi’s goal is to empower clients with the knowledge and skills needed to feel confident in their food choices. She has a particular interest in preventative nutrition, meal planning, and building practical cooking and recipe‑making skills to support energy, mood, sleep, and overall well-being.
Daisy Ware – Naturopath
Daisy graduated from Torrens University with a Bachelor of Health Science, majoring in Naturopathy. Her clinical interests include mental health and anxiety, peri‑ and post‑menopausal women’s health, men’s health/mental wellbeing, as well as chronic skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.
Daisy is currently undertaking a Master’s degree in Counselling to further complement her clinical work, allowing her to support her patients with a more holistic, integrated approach to health and healing. Daisy has a deep passion for herbal medicine and the body’s innate capacity to heal when supported appropriately.
Daisy’s approach is centred on truly understanding what her patients are experiencing and working collaboratively to develop treatment plans that are both realistic and effective—meeting each individual where they are at in their health journey.
