The WholeLife Pharmacy and Healthfoods team will go ahead and prepare your online order so that it is ready for when you arrive in-store. Once your order has been packaged and is ready for pickup, you will receive an email from our team stating your products are ready for collection. After your order has been placed, should an item not be in stock, the WholeLife team will reach out to you directly and offer you a suitable alternative, provide a credit on your next order or a refund.

Click and collect is available at selected WholeLife Pharmacy and Healthfoods stores.

Does WholeLife offer click and collect?

Yes! WholeLife offers a free click and collect service across selected stores for online products. Conveniently browse our pharmacy and health foods range online and select the products that suit you best. Upon checkout, you will get the option to select which store you wish to collect your products from. Visit your local store page to see if they provide a click and collect service.

Do I have to choose click and collect?

No. WholeLife offers both local delivery* as well as Nationwide delivery at an additional cost.

How do I pay for my click and collect order?

Click and collect order payments are processed upon checkout, using one of our online payment methods.

How long does click and collect take?

Click and collect orders are usually ready for pickup within 4 hours of the order being placed, subject to the order being placed prior to 12pm on the same day. Once your order has been packaged and is ready for pickup, you will receive an email from our team stating your products are ready collection.

Where can I collect my order?

What do I need to bring with me when I collect my order?

You will need to bring along your photo ID as well as the original script or e-script if you are collecting a prescription item.

Can someone else collect my order?

Yes, someone else can collect your order (excluding orders with prescription items). But you must include their name and address details in the order notes when creating your order online.
