Something Fresh
Jingle Juice
A take on a classic sour, with the addition of the red and green colours of the garnish looking right at home on your Christmas lunch table.
Ingredients:
- 60ml Mr Consistent Sours mix
- 45ml water
- 15ml pineapple juice
- Lime wedge and dried citrus wheel/pomegranate seeds to garnish
Method:
- Add all ingredients (except for garnish) to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds
- Strain into a glass of your choice and garnish the rim with a lime wedge and sprinkle a few pomegranate seeds to float on top
Something Classic
Christmas Cosmo
Who doesn’t love a classic cosmo? Try out this version with a sweet, rosemary syrup twist or keep it simple and stick to the classic.
Ingredients:
- 60ml Mr Consistent Cosmo Mixer
- 45ml water
- 15ml rosemary syrup
To make rosemary syrup:
- Dissolve 1 cup of caster sugar in 1 cup of boiling water
- Add in ¼ cup of rosemary leaves and leave to steep while the syrup cools
- Strain the syrup into an airtight jar or container to store in the fridge
To make the Christmas Cosmo:
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds
- Strain into a glass of your choice and garnish with a sprig of rosemary
Something Spicy
Spicy Santa Marg
Ok – we admit that this is just a regular spicy non-alcoholic margarita, but it’s an absolute necessity to cool the family down on a scorching Aussie Christmas Day.
Ingredients:
- 75ml Mr Consistent Margarita Mixer
- 45ml water
- 2 slices of jalapeño
- Chilli salt or tajin for rim
Method:
- Add Margarita Mix, water, and the jalapeño slices to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds
- Coat the rim of your glass with either lime juice or water (whatever you have on hand to make the salt stick) and then roll your glass rim in either the chilli salt or tajin
- Strain the cocktail into your glass over ice
TIP: to make your own chilli salt at home, simply combine 1 tbsp salt flakes with 1 tsp chilli flakes
Something Festive
This gingerbread spiced cocktail will be sure to put anyone in a festive mood.
Gingerbread Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
- 60ml Mr Consistent Espresso Martini Mixer
- 45ml water
- 15ml gingerbread syrup
To make Gingerbread syrup:
- In a pot on medium-high heat, dissolve 2 cups of sugar in 2 cups of water
- Once the sugar has dissolved, add in 2 cinnamon sticks, 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, 1 teaspoon of cloves, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger and 2 tablespoons of honey
- Bring to the boil, then simmer for 30 minutes
- Remove from heat and allow to cool completely before using in your mocktails. You can store your gingerbread syrup in the fridge for up to a month.
TIP: You may want to strain the syrup through a fine sieve before using

- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds
- Strain into a glass of your choice and enjoy!
