A fun spin on a traditional Caprese Salad that will look completely at home amongst the spread at Christmas lunch. This recipe looks the Christmas-y part and is super easy to whip up on short notice!


Ingredients:
- 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 bunch of basil, leaves picked and washed
- 1 tub of cherry bocconcini, roughly torn
- Jomeis Fine Foods Sweet Balsamic Reduction
- Pinch of salt
Method:
- Arrange the basil leaves in a round wreath shape on the plate
- Add the sliced tomatoes on top, making sure they’re evenly spaced
- Finally, add the torn bocconcini, some salt and then drizzle some Sweet Balsamic Reduction on top. Your Christmas Caprese Wreath is ready for Christmas lunch!
