Chocolate Bickies with Nutra Naturals
When you’re craving something sweet but want to keep things simple, these Chocolate Bickies tick all the boxes. Made with Nutra Naturals Collagen Hot Chocolate, rich peanut butter and a naturally sweetened caramel centre, they come together in minutes and deliver big flavour with minimal effort.
Perfect for afternoon snacks, lunchboxes or an easy dessert, these bickies are gluten-free, refined sugar free and irresistibly indulgent.

Ingredients
For the bickies
- 2 tbsp Nutra Naturals Collagen Hot Chocolate
- 1 ¾ cups peanut butter
- 1 free-range, organic egg
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup coconut sugar
For the peanut butter caramel
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of pink Himalayan crystal salt
To top
- Freeze-dried raspberries, fresh raspberries, or both
Method
- Preheat oven to 175ºC.
- Combine Collagen Hot Chocolate and Coconut Oil in a mixing bowl.
- Add 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 cup of coconut sugar and the egg, stir to combine.
- Roll spoonfuls of mixture into mounts and place on a lined baking tray.
- With the back of a spoon, put little divots in the centre of each biscuit.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Place on a wire rack to cool.
- Meanwhile, make the peanut butter caramel by heating the remaining peanut butter, maple, vanilla extract, and salt in a small pot until peanut butter is softened but not completely melted.
- Dollop a teaspoon of peanut butter caramel into the centre of each biscuit.
- Top with either freeze dried raspberries, fresh raspberries, or both!
