Ingredients:

  • 300g Low Carb Life Chocolate Almond Torte Keto Bake Mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 125g butter, cold, cut into 1cm cubes
  • 2 tbsp water (alternative options: espresso coffee or brandy)

Optional Icing / Toppings:

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
  2. Line the base of a 22cm round cake tray with baking paper.
  3. Place the butter and water into a bowl, microwave on high for 90 seconds

  5. Pour over the hot butter/water mix and whisk well to melt the chocolate chips
  6. Add eggs and whisk until smooth and creamy
  7. Transfer into cake tin and bake for 30-35 minutes
  8. Allow to cool completely on cake rack, before adding toppings
  9. Best consumed the day it is baked!
