Packed full of protien and nutritious ingredients. These Almond Butter & Chia protein balls are the perfect grab & go snack to nourish your body!


.10 pitted dates

.1 heaped tbsp Amazonia Isolate Protein Powder

.4 tbsp The Almond Farmer Chocolate Almond Butter

.2 tsp chia seeds

.1/2 cup almonds

.1/2 bar bennetto dark chocolate


Prep time: 15 mins

Makes: 10 balls

Let’s Begin:

1.Pulse the dates, protein powder, almond butter, chia and almonds in a food processor until well combined.

2.Using clean hands roll into 10 tablespoon sized balls.

3.Chill in refrigerator on a tray for 10 minutes.

4.Break up the chocolate into pieces and place in a clean bowl, we have chosen the Bennetto Mint & Cocoa nib chocolate for a pop of minty fresh flavour. Place the bowl over the top of a saucepan with boiling water. Slowly melt your chocolate until smooth. Turn off the heat.

5.Using a skewer or fork, carefully half dip the chilled protein balls in the melted chocolate.

6.Chill in the refrigerator for a further 5 minutes then they are ready to go!
